Merging Duplicate Customers

You may find instances where you have a single customer listed multiple times in Green Bits. Here’s how you can manually merge duplicate customers.

1 Visit the Marketing > Customers section inside of the Green Bits back office

2 Choose the customer who is duplicated in Green Bits

3 Search for the master client in the Merge Duplicate Customers field

4 Choose the master client from the search results

5 A modal will launch showing you the proposed merges and give you the ability to edit those fields

6 Click OK

When you merge a customer, the loyalty points and purchase history of both customers are combined into the master customer.
