Enabling and Disabling Customer Tracking

If you would like to consistently track customer sales history, demographic information, and more, you'll want to enable customer tracking in the Green Bits Back Office. Here's how:

1. Visit the Settings section in the Green Bits Back Office

2. Visit Store Options

3. Check the box that reads Require Customer Information at Purchase Time

From now on, a transaction cannot be completed until a customer has been selected for the order. Conversely, if you would would no longer like to require customer information, simply uncheck that setting.
