If your receipt printer is giving you headaches, or you've just updated your Register app, you might need to reconfigure your printer.
1. Open the Register App.
2. In the upper-left corner, tap the three horizontal lines to toggle the POS menu.
3. Tap on Settings.
4. Tap on Printer.
5. The screen will search for and display a list of all printers on your network.
6. Tap the name of your printer and click Test Print. If it prints on the correct receipt printer, you're done. If not, try another printer in the list.
Now continue to make sales. Receipts should print, and the cash drawer will open.
