Do you need to reprint a label or receipt from a completed transaction? Read on to find out how.
Note: When you reprint labels, all labels associated with the order will print. This includes the patient sale information label and the weight label for each line item.
Option 1: Print immediately
Labels for weight-based items will print automatically once you've completed a sale, but if labels fail to print for whatever reason, on the final screen of the transaction sequence tap Print Labels. Once printed, tap Continue.
Option 2: Re-print later
From the Activity screen, find any past transaction and tap to view the details.
Tap the “Receipt” button.
Select Print Receipt or Print Label (this will print all labels associated with the transaction).
You can also re-send a receipt by email or text from this screen.
