Missing & Delayed Manifests

Normally, manifests automatically will show up Incoming Inventory within 5 to 15 minutes after being transferred to you in the state traceability system.

If a manifest is missing or delayed, please do not attempt to accept it through your state traceability system. Instead, check the following to help determine the problem.

Stores operating in Washington:

Confirm with the supplier that the manifest was transferred to your license, and verify that the license number on their manifest matches your store's license number. The supplier may have created the manifest, but forgot to transfer it to your license, or they may have made a mistake in the license number that will need to be corrected in order to complete the transfer.

After verifying the manifest was transferred, and transferred to the correct license number, go to your Traceability Settings in Back Office by first clicking the gear icon near the upper right (1), then Traceability (2). Click Check Settings (3).

Within a few seconds, you'll see a message near the top of your screen confirming whether your credentials and connection to the state system are valid or invalid.

If invalid, it's likely your password for the state's mjtraceability.com website has changed, but has not been updated in Green Bits. If you don't know your store's Email, UBI, License Number, or Password, contact an owner or manager who has access to that information and ask them to update the credentials in Green Bits. Otherwise, enter the current credentials in your Traceability Settings and click Save Traceability Settings. Any new manifests from the state system should show up in Incoming Inventory within a few minutes of updating your credentials.

If valid, go to Inventory > Incoming Inventory, then click the Sync button near the upper right.

After a few minutes, refresh your browser window/tab. If new manifests are still not showing here, contact Green Bits at help@greenbits.com, 877.420.7628, or start a chat with us in Back Office for assistance.

Stores operating in Alaska, Colorado, and Oregon

Log in to Metrc and confirm that the manifest in question has been accepted. Manifests must first be accepted in Metrc before they'll be imported to Green Bits. If you have multiple store locations, confirm that the manifest was transferred to the correct location/license number.

After verifying the manifest was accepted, and transferred to the correct license number, go to your Traceability Settings in Back Office by first clicking the gear icon near the upper right (1), then Traceability (2). Click Check Settings (3).

Within a few seconds, you'll see a message near the top of your screen confirming whether your credentials and connection to Metrc are valid or invalid.

If invalid, it's likely your Metrc API Key or Metrc login credentials have changed, but have not been updated in Green Bits.

Confirm that you license number is correct, and if so, go to Metrc and regenerate your API Key. Copy the new API Key from Metrc, and then paste it into the API Key field in Traceability Settings.

Any new manifests from the state system should show up in Incoming Inventory within a few minutes of updating your credentials.
