Missing & Delayed Manifests

Normally, manifests automatically will show up in Incoming Inventory within 120 minutes after being transferred to your license in the state traceability system.

If a manifest is missing or delayed, please do not attempt to accept it through your state traceability system. Instead, take a look at the information below to determine the problem.

 
Stores operating in Washington:

Confirm with the supplier that the manifest was transferred to your license, and verify that the license number on their manifest matches your store's license number. The supplier may have created the manifest, but forgot to transfer it to your license, or there may be an error in the license number that will need to be corrected in order to complete the transfer.

Go to Inventory > Incoming Inventory, then click the Sync button near the upper right.

Wait 15 minutes and then refresh the browser window/tab. If new manifests are still not showing here, contact Green Bits at help@greenbits.com, 877.420.7520, or start a chat with us in Back Office for assistance.

Stores operating in Alaska, Colorado, and Oregon

Log in to Metrc and confirm that the manifest in question has been accepted. Manifests must first be accepted in Metrc before they can be imported to Green Bits. If you have multiple store locations, confirm that the manifest was transferred to the correct location/license number.

 

Go to Inventory > Incoming Inventory, then click the Sync button near the upper right.
