How to contact Green Bits Support

We want your experience with Green Bits to be simple and valuable, and we are here to help!

If you have an issue that is preventing your store from making any sales, call us at 877-420-7628.

You can find answers and guidance any time right here on our Help Center. You can also find updates on the status of Green Bits systems at greenbitsstatus.com.

If you can't find the answer to your question, you can contact Support through the Help Center Requests page, through Chat, or by calling Green Bits Support.

Help Center Requests page

The easiest way to submit a Support request and follow up on your requests is through the Requests page in the Help Center. The Requests page includes your current requests, as well as past requests so you can review answers from Support at any time.

1. From any page on the Help Center, select Sign In at the upper right.
   
   • If you aren't already signed in to the Back Office, enter your Back Office username and password.
2. Select Submit a request.
3. Fill in the form fields and let us know how we can help. Green Bits Support will get back to you as soon as possible. 

You'll receive email copies of your requests, so you can follow up from your email account if you prefer.

Follow-up on your requests

After submitting your request, you can see your ticket number and its current status.

If you need to add more information, you can do it right from this page, and your request will be updated. To view your requests in the Help Center later, select your avatar and then My requests.
