You can chat with Support agents from the Back Office to get quick help during staffed hours.
- From any page in the Back Office, select the Help button.
- Select Contact Us.
- Select the category that most closely matches what you need help with, and type your message.
- Select Start Chatting.
- If you are starting your request outside of staffed hours, select Send Message and Support will get back to you as soon as possible.
Attach a file or video to chat
You can attach a video or other file to a chat, so we can understand your issues better.
In the Chat window, select the Attachment icon, find your file, and select Open.
