Help Center Requests page
The easiest way to submit a Support request and follow up on your requests is through the Requests page in the Help Center.
The Requests page includes your current requests, as well as past requests so you can review answers from Support at any time.
- From any page on the Help Center, select Sign In at the upper right.
- If you aren't already signed in to the Back Office, enter your Back Office username and password.
- Select Submit a request.
- Fill in the form fields and let us know how we can help. Greenbits Support will get back to you as soon as possible.
You'll receive email copies of your requests so you can follow up from your email account if you prefer.
Chat
You can chat with Support agents from the Back Office to get quick help during staffed hours.
- From any page in the Back Office, select the Help button.
- Select Contact Us.
- Select the category that most closely matches what you need help with, and type your message.
- Select Start Chatting.
- If you are starting your request outside of staffed hours, select Send Message and Support will get back to you as soon as possible.
Follow up on your requests
No matter how you contact support, you can view and follow up on your current and past requests in the Help Center by selecting your avatar and then My requests.
