How do I order hardware?
Greenbits partners with POS Portal to supply hardware. You can find all the hardware and supplies (as well as pricing) you’ll need to operate your Greenbits POS system here.
You can purchase supplies directly from a retailer, too.
How much does shipping cost?
Ground shipping is free for orders of $750 or more to all U.S. states except for Alaska and Hawaii. Expedited shipping is available for a charge based on the weight of your purchase and destination zip code.
How long does it take to receive my hardware?
Once you place your order, your equipment will arrive within 5-7 business days unless you purchase an expedited shipping option.
How do I track my shipment?
After you place your order, the POS Portal will send you a confirmation email, that will contain a tracking number for your purchase.
I don’t see the hardware I need listed on POS Portal, what do I do?
We’ve upgraded our Register hardware to decrease costs and improve reliability. Our new Register equipment is listed on POS Portal’s website, but you can still purchase hardware for older Register kits through external sellers.
If you still don’t see the hardware you need, start a chat in your Back Office account with Support or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you have payment plans available?
POS Portal offers a leasing program to spread hardware payments over a minimum of 24 months. You can apply for the POS Portal Advantage payment plan on their website.
Underwriting for these plans generally takes about 1-2 business days, after you provide the requested information. The lease price is based on the retail price and length of the lease.
A credit check is required to qualify for a payment plan. You may be asked to provide personal information to underwrite the lease agreement.
How do I return hardware?
You have 30 days (from the date of purchase) to return any hardware purchased through POS Portal. POS Portal handles all hardware returns and you can reach out to their Sales Team via the following channels:
