- If you're already logged in to Back Office, you'll be automatically signed into the customer support portal without needing to re-enter your username or password.
- Otherwise, enter your Back Office username and password to log in to the customer support portal.
Submit a new request
In the top menu bar, select Submit a request.
Fill in the form fields and let us know how we can help, then select Submit.
After submitting, you'll see your ticket ID number and its current status, and an option to add any additional information.
You can also contact Green Bits Support by starting a chat in Back Office, or by calling 877.420.7628.
Regardless of how you reach out to us, you'll receive an email confirmation that we've received your request as well as email copies of each correspondence.
View and reply to your requests
Select the downward arrow next to your name in the upper right, then My requests.
Once a member of our support team has responded to your request, the status will change to awaiting your reply.
Select a ticket to view the reply and continue the conversation.
You can also view other users' requests if they copy you on an email message by selecting Requests I'm CC'd on. This can be useful for requests where you have multiple points of contact, such as a daytime store manager and a nighttime store manager, or if you need to keep other members of your staff up to date on a particular request.
If your request is resolved and you don't need any more help, select Mark as solved & Submit. Otherwise, select Submit to continue the conversation.
Remember, you can also reply from your email. Email replies will also be reflected here in the support portal.
View and reopen past requests
Select a status filter to view requests based on status, or use the search bar to find a past request.
If you end up needing more help later on, you can reopen any request with a status of "solved" by selecting it from the list, then selecting "create a follow-up" at the bottom of the page.
