After you add a customer to Green Bits, you can view information related to that customer while you are ringing a sale.
Tip: You can use your barcode scanner to look up existing customers and patients. See Protect your store with Automated ID Verification for more information.
When you are ringing a sale on the Register, tap Customer. From the customer page, you can:
- View and add notes about the customer.
- View the customer's purchase history.
- See how many points the customer earned and if there are any rewards available.
- Redeem the Loyalty Program rewards for the customer.
