You need Manage Loyalty Program, Rewards, and Points permissions to adjust points.
To manually adjust a Customer or Patient's Loyalty Points total:
- Go to Customers and select a Customer or Patient.
- Select the menu button and then Adjust Loyalty Points.
- Enter the total number of points this Customer or Patient should have in the Points After Adjustment field.
- Add a Note explaining why you're manually adjusting the points total, then select Adjust.
