If you are having issues issues with your Register, update it to the most recent version. Once you update, you can sign in, start a drawer, and use the Register normally.
Register v1 and older versions of Register v2 are retiring on August 3, 2021. Once you update, you'll have access to the faster, more stable Register, with many highly requested features.
Error messages when signing in or starting a drawer
If you see any of the following error messages when you try to sign in to the Register app or start a drawer, update your Register immediately:
- Unable to Sign In. Service responded unexpectedly.
- Load Failed. Service responded unexpectedly.
- End Drawer Failed. Service responded unexpectedly.
- Drawer Load Failed. Service responded unexpectedly.
To find out exactly what version you are on, go to the Settings page and then update depending on your version.
