Items in Pending Orders remain available for sale in your Greenbits inventory. If a customer doesn't pick up their Pending Order by the end of the day, cancel it to help keep your inventory, menu feeds, and online menus as accurate as possible.
Cancel a Pending Order
- Select the shopping cart icon on the Payments screen, or the Pending Orders button in the Greenbits register panel, to view Pending Orders.
- Select the three-dots icon to the right of the Pending Order being cancelled, then select Cancel Order.
- Provide a reason for cancelling the order, either by selecting one of the built-in options or selecting "Other..." and entering your own.
- Take the items in the order from your designated pick-up area and return them to the sales floor.
