If a customer doesn't pick up their Order on Hold by the end of the day, delete it. Because items in Orders on Hold are still available for sale in your Greenbits inventory, clear out orders that haven't been picked up regularly. This will help to keep your inventory, menu feeds, and online menus as accurate as possible.
Your Registers must be on v2 to use Orders on Hold.
Delete an Order on Hold
- Select the cart icon to view Orders on Hold.
- To delete, swipe left on the order that wasn't picked up.
- Take the items in the order from your designated pick-up area and return them to the sales floor.
