From the Back Office, you can access your Greenbits Customer Account Portal. This portal is accessible by account owners. This portal allows you to view information about your subscription, as well as self-serve some billing items.
Your role must have Manage Subscriptions and Billing permission to access the Greenbits Customer Account Portal. Learn more information about roles and permissions.
To access, select Settings > Subscription & Billing.
You will be redirected to your Greenbits Customer Account Portal homepage. From here, you can manage different aspects of your account such as your subscription and billing. You can also order hardware, view support tickets, access Greenbits University and the Help Center, visit the Greenbits blog, or return to the Back Office.
From the Manage Subscription page, you can:
- Add a New Location
- Manage Devices
- Cancel Location
- Cancel Contract
