To manage your Greenbits subscription, go to Back Office > Settings > Subscription & Billing > Manage Subscription.
With Subscription Management, you can:
Add Location
From the Add Location page, you can view all your current Greenbits locations, as well as any locations that Greenbits thinks you may own but that aren’t on Greenbits. If any locations identified by the system are not yours, simply select Archive Location.
- Select New Location to add a new location.
- Or select a location from the list and select Next.
- Enter information about your new location, such as the name, address, and location type. Select Next.
- Enter the Number of Registers and a Start Date. The Cart Price/Year field will populate with an online-only price that is based on the number of registers. This price is only available via the portal and cannot be changed or combined with other offers. To continue, select Submit.
- Now that you have entered all the information about your new location, you can Schedule a Kickoff! This meeting will cover everything you need to know to get your Location activated.
Manage Devices
From the Manage Devices tab, you can add or remove registers.
To edit devices, click on the checkbox next to the location to adjust the Device Limit. Fill in desired number and a Start Date. The estimated pricings will re-populate based on this information.
Select Submit and your account will be updated within the next 24-48 business hours.
Please note that if you are trying to remove devices, the Start Date must occur after the date that you are currently paid up to and you cannot choose a date in the past.
Cancel Location
- From the Cancel Location tab, you can select the location you want to remove and set a Cancelation Date (this is the date when Greenbits will shut off your account for this location). Please note, only one location can be canceled at a time. Select Next.
- Give a reason for canceling this location and any other notes you would like to the Greenbits team. Select Submit.
- You will receive a confirmation message with the details you have entered and asking if you would like to proceed. If everything is accurate and you wish to cancel, select Yes.
Cancel Subscription
From the Cancel Subscription tab, you can cancel your Greenbits subscription for all locations.
- Enter a Deactivation date. Please note that the deactivation date must occur after the date that you are currently paid up to and you cannot choose a date in the past.
- Select Next.
- You will receive a confirmation message with the details you have entered and asking if you would like to proceed. If everything is accurate and you wish to cancel, select Yes.
