You can audit a customer's loyalty points by exporting their loyalty point history as a .csv file.
- Go to Customers and select a Customer or Patient to view their profile.
- Select Export Loyalty History.
- Click the pop-up to download the .csv, or download it from the Tasks page.
- Open the .csv to view each change to the customer's point total including sales, returns, voids, and adjustments. Each change has a Receipt ID that you can use to look up more details about each change.
