Montana - Adding Recreational Customers in the Back Office

In order to process a recreational sale a recreational customer profile must be used. 

If a medical patient wishes to make a recreational purchase they must have a separate recreational customer profile created and used for the sale.

From the back office:

Go to the Customer section:

As of 1/1/22 you will now see the option for Patient, Customer or Employee.

Choose Customer, fill in all appropriate data and save.

*Note: If a Medical customer wishes to purchase recreational they can not have the same phone or email, but name is fine. (Only medical profiles should contain medical card information).
